Three photographs, the district, how many bedrooms, furnished or not, and what you are asking per year. Plus a phone number and an email, so we can reach you.

Someone who knows the district reads it, looks at the photographs and checks the rent against what the book is letting for. If something is unclear we call.
Within two working daysYou get the email
If the property fits, a confirmation to list it with Lumina arrives by email, with the next steps: a visit, proper photographs if needed, and the listing itself.
