Abdoun, and what is actually on the market.
Embassies, mature streets, and the deepest stock of large apartments and villas in west Amman. More of our portfolio sits here than in any other district.
What the stock looks like
Abdoun is an apartment market first. 51 of the 61 residences we currently hold here are apartments, with 6 villas alongside them. Two and three bedrooms are the norm, and the typical unit runs about 140 m².
Annual rents span a wide band — from around 8,000 JOD for a modest two-bedroom to 120,000 JOD for a large furnished villa. The middle of the market sits near 15,000 JOD. Villas rarely reach a public listing at all; most change hands through direct introduction.
What to look at before you view
Abdoun's streets differ more than the address suggests. A building on the ring road behaves nothing like one on a quiet internal street, and the difference shows up in noise, parking and resale. Ask which street the entrance is on, not just which district.
Many Abdoun blocks are built into a slope, so a flat described as being on level −1 or −2 may still be full height with a garden at the back. It is worth asking where the daylight comes from before ruling a floor out.
Before you enquire
Everything on this page is real inventory, but a listing is a starting point rather than a guarantee. Availability, the final figure, and permission to show photography are confirmed with the owner before we arrange anything.
That is deliberate. It is a slower way to work, and it means we do not send you to see a property that was let last week.
